NEW BUILD AND RENOVATION PROCESS
Plans assessment and consultation - Send through your architectural plans and we will assess the insulation and thermal ratings required for your project.
Product selection - Quotes are provided based on your brand preferences and budget requirements.
Schedule - Once a quote has been accepted, we work with you, your project manager or builder to ensure the job is installed on time and ready for your pre-line inspection.
Installation - Insulation is installed on the day required. Each room is photographed for documentation and product labels are placed for the building inspector.
Final Documentation - We supply a completion certificate used for your council signoff along with photos of the completed work.
PRE-LINE INSPECTION GUARANTEE
5% Rebate + Cost of Reinspection
If your pre-line building inspection should fail from our insulation install, we offer a 5% rebate on the cost of the job plus the cost of the reinspection.
The guarantee does not cover instances where other trades have removed, damaged or reinstalled our insulation poorly.
